We stand by our products and are confident that you will love your purchase. We offer high-quality items in order to provide you with an excellent consumer experience. However, if you are unsatisfied with your items, we do have policies in place to help. We want you to be happy with your choice to buy from us and are able to offer returns under certain circumstances. Unfortunately, the nature of our products restricts what returns we can accept, and when.
What You Cannot Return
In accordance with FDA regulations, we are unable to accept any returns on items that have been opened or removed from their original packaging. In order to stay in good legal standing, we will not make any exceptions to this policy.
In addition to opened products, we will not allow returns on any hygiene-related items. This includes bedding, relaxation products, braces, and rehabilitation items like walkers, leg lifters, etc.. We will do what we can to keep our customers happy, but we must consider the safety of all of our patrons. Unfortunately, that means many of our products cannot be returned. We work to disclose whether an item can be returned so please check the individual product pages for this information if you are concerned.
What You Can Return
We can only offer returns on non-defective, unopened items that have received prior written return authorization. You can within 15 days of making your purchase by contacting us. In order to ensure a successful return, keep the packaging intact, and mail it back to us correctly. It must reach us in like-new condition. We cannot accept any returned products that have any amount of wear and tear. Products returned without authorization, after 15 days of purchase, or exhibiting noticeable wear will be returned at the buyer's expense. We offer no exceptions to this policy.
Defective items might be eligible to return with some restrictions. We cannot exchange or substitute the product with our own inventory, but we will exchange it in accordance with the manufacturer's warranty. At that point, it is up to the manufacturer to decide on a course of action. They will have the final word on the matter. To go this route, we need the item's original packaging. This is necessary to receive an authorization code from the manufacturer for your return.
Products that arrive damaged may be returned. We recommend accepting a package we send to you no matter the condition. Refusing your package upon delivery (or preventing a delivery in any way) may require us to charge your card to cover the shipping costs - even if you received free shipping. To avoid this scenario, accept the damaged package and return it in accordance with our guidelines. To do this, you'll need to contact us in writing to describe the damage in detail. This must be done within 3 days of receiving your package. You must return the item with all of its packaging, damaged or not, to receive a replacement. We will replace goods that are damaged in transit with the exact same merchandise - we will not substitute with a different product. We will not, under any circumstances, replace transit-damaged items without a 3-day written notice.
Please note, we do not accept insurance of any kind. You must pay in full at the time of purchase. We do not participate in any insurance plans and we cannot bill any insurance provider. We will, however, provide codes for purchased products. You can submit those to your insurance provider if you so choose. We will never imply in any way that our products are covered by any insurance providers or payors. When you buy from us, you are acknowledging that the product you've bought is specifically needed by you on the advice of your physician.
Our products are medical in nature, and although we make them available to consumers directly, we must recommend that order and use our goods with caution. Familiarize yourself completely with how the products work before purchasing. If you suspect something is wrong with your purchase, contact us or your physician before using. We urge you to be safe.
